WHEREAS Report titled "DRAFT 2023 Official Plan (Annotated)" dated August 20, 2023 has been received; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council endorse the release of the “DRAFT 2023 Official Plan” for the purposes of engaging stakeholders and soliciting feedback; AND THAT staff be directed to schedule a community public information session, undertake outreach to public bodies, as well as any other community or stakeholder engagement opportunities deemed appropriate for the first draft of the Official Plan; AND THAT staff be directed to make necessary updates after all consultation has occurred to the first draft of the Official Plan, and return to Council with a second draft for endorsement.
