BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the January 25, 2024 Protective Services Committee Meeting be adopted as circulated.

WHEREAS every Municipality in Ontario is required to complete a Community Risk Assessment by July 1, 2024; AND WHEREAS Council received the Community Risk Assessment prepared by Arthur Booth, ABKM Consulting on February 14th, with a presentation and opportunity to ask questions at the March 13th Regular Council meeting; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Protective Services Committee recommends that Council adopt the Community Risk Assessment, dated January 22, 2024; AND THAT a copy be forwarded to the Ontario Fire Marshalls Office.
