BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Infrastructure Services Committee recommends that Council authorize the CAO/Clerk to negotiate the purchase of land with the Ministry of Transportation; AND THAT the Mayor and CAO/Clerk be authorized to sign all the paperwork required for the property transfer.
