BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Public Service Committee recommends that Council authorize staff to enter into an agreement with Atlantic Industries Limited (AIL) for the supply of two replacement culverts (#20 and #21) on Dayton Road at a quoted price of $242,507.58, plus applicable taxes; AND THAT the Mayor and CAO/Clerk be authorized to execute all necessary agreements to proceed.
