BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council acknowledge that the actual costs associated with additional piling, load testing, engineering, and abutment revisions for the Potomac Bridge project have exceeded the upset limit approved under Resolution 26-06-19; AND THAT Council approve Change Order #1 in the amount of $337,636.74 (exclusive of HST); AND THAT the additional funds required be drawn, as appropriate, from the Bridge Replacement Reserves and Infrastructure Ontario funding, in accordance with the project’s approved funding structure; AND THAT the Mayor and CAO/Clerk be authorized to execute all necessary agreements to proceed without delay.
